1- President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud held talks with the Secretary General of IGAD regional body, Workneh Gebeyehu, focusing on the cooperation between Somalia and IGAD, regional affairs and climate change.
2- President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud held talks with the UK Special Envoy for the Horn of Africa and the Red Sea Alison Blackburne, in Villa Somalia.
3- President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud has sent his condolences to the family and the nation following the death of renown Somali traditional elders Ugas Abdullahi Ugas Hashi Ugas Fara-adde who recently passed away in Saudi Arabia.
4- Prime Minister Hamsa Abdi Barre, who inaugurated the operation of the National Blood Bank, pointed out the importance of this center for the Somali community, especially to get enough blood to save the lives of many people who need urgent medical care.
5- Prime Minister Hamsa Abdi Barre had a meeting in Mogadishu with Italian Ambassador to Somalia Pier Mario Daco Coppi.
6- Prime Minister Hamsa Abdi Barre has sent his condolences to the family and relatives of Ugas Abdullahi Ugas Hashi Ugas Fara’adde who died recently in Saudi Arabia.
7- The Deputy Prime Minister of Somalia, Mr. Salah Ahmed Jama, inaugurated the Somali Tourism Exhibition organized by the Ministry of Information, Culture and Tourism.
8- The Deputy Prime Minister of Somalia Mr. Salah Ahmed Jama has sent his condolences to the family and relatives of Ugas Abdullahi Ugas Hashi Ugas Fara’adde.
9- The Deputy Prime Minister of Somalia, Mr. Salah Ahmed Jama, has launched the Somali Language Technology Terminology Conference organized by the Ministry of Communications and Technology.
10- The Deputy Prime Minister of Somalia Mr. Salah Ahmed Jama had a meeting with the Special Envoy for the Horn of Africa and the Red Sea of the Kingdom of Great Britain, Alison Blackburne.
11- The Speaker of the People’s Assembly of the Federal Parliament of Somalia, Mr. Sheikh Adan Mohamed Noor (Madobe) has sent his condolences to the family and relatives of Ugas Abdullahi Ugas Hashi Ugas Fara’adde.
12- The Minister of Information, Culture and Tourism Mr. Daud Aweis Jama said that the development of tourism in the country can contribute greatly to the economic growth and job creation of the country.
13- The Minister of Public Works Mr. Abdisalan Abdi Ali had a meeting with the Italian Ambassador to Somalia Pier Mario Daco Coppi in Mogadishu.
14- The Minister of National Security, Mr. Abdullahi Sheikh Ismail, met with the Italian Ambassador to Somalia, Pier Mario Daco Coppi, in Mogadishu.
15- The Social Affairs Committee of the Upper House held a meeting with the Ministry of Information, Culture and Tourism.
16- The Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Mr. Ahmed Maalim Fiqi had a meeting with the Secretary General of the IGAD regional body, Workneh Gebeyehu who recently paid one-day visit to Mogadishu.
17- The Ministry of Finance of the Federal Government of Somalia has officially started the planning of the 2025 Government Budget.
18- The Minister of Energy and Water Resources Mr. Abdullahi Bidhan had a meeting with the head of UNICEF in Somalia Mrs. Wafaa Saeed, and they discussed the national plan to combat the effects of drought on the nomads and the effects of climate change.
19- Somalia has officially become a member of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), following the 68th general meeting of the agency that took place in Vienna, Austria.
20- The Somali Media Council in collaboration with the UNSOM Office conducted a training for journalists from the Somali media in which they were taught how to improve the skills of journalism.
21- The Somali National Army has taken control of the Barag Ali Gadud in Harardhere district from the Kharijites terrorist group of Al Shabab.
22- The Jubbaland Darawish forces have has carried out an operation against the Kharijites Al Shabab in the area of Janay Abdalle, where the terrorists were defeated.
23- A member of the Kharijites Al Shabab,Maslah Mohamed Adan aka Yonis, has surrendered to the Somali National Army in Harardhere district of Mudug region.
